Career Path:
She began her studies in 2013 at Eötvös Loránd University in the Earth Sciences BSc programme, where she chose a geophysics specialisation, and subsequently continued at ELTE's Geophysics MSc programme. Her interest in seismology began to emerge in 2016 during undergraduate research carried out at the Kövesligethy Radó Seismological Observatory. Her student research paper earned first place at the National Scientific Students' Associations Conference (OTDK). Her Master's thesis was also written on a seismological topic, focusing on the application of high-precision earthquake hypocentre localisation methods. In 2018, she commenced doctoral studies at the ELTE Doctoral School of Earth Sciences. Her research focused on investigating the seismicity of the Carpathian–Pannonian region and on the re-analysis of earthquake catalogues using modern relocation algorithms. She obtained her doctoral degree with a summa cum laude distinction. She is currently working as a research associate at the Kövesligethy Radó Seismological Observatory. Alongside her research, she participates in teaching activities at Eötvös Loránd University and supervises undergraduate and Master's theses.
